  Standard admission to the Museum (excluding the first and third Tuesday of the month after 2:00 pm and the first Sunday of each month when admission is free)

  Categories eligible for the reduction: visitors aged 18 and over 65 years of age or older, university students, EU citizens between 18 and 25, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein (non-EU citizens on reciprocal terms), Milan City Council employees.

  Eligible categories: children and young people aged 0-17 and high school students, disabled visitors and one accompanying adult, teachers accompanying school groups (up to a maximum of 4 per class), MIC officials, European tourist guides, European tourist interpreters, accredited journalists and scholars, ICOM members.

  Categories eligible for the reduction: visitors aged 65 and over, university and AFAM students, employees of the Municipality of Milan, young people aged 65 and over, Between 18 and 25 years old (excluding the second Tuesday of each month when admission is free).

  Free admission is available to children and young people aged 0-17, as well as high school students, disabled visitors and one accompanying adult, school teachers (permanent or on a fixed-term contract) upon presentation of a valid certificate issued by the school, MIC officials, ICOM members, European Union tourist guides, European Union tourist interpreters when required to work alongside the tour guide, and members of the City of Milan's governing bodies in the performance of their duties. Free admission is available every second Tuesday of the month for young people up to and including 25 years of age.

  Open-dated admission to the Museum. Validity expires within 12 months from the date of purchase. (Tickets available for purchase from 11/05/2026)
   
• Open Reduced
  Open-dated admission to the Museum. Validity expires within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Tickets entitling you to a reduction must be shown when inspected by security personnel.

The Civic Aquarium, established in 1906 for the Milan International Exhibition, is housed in a Viennese Art Nouveau building in the Sempione Park area, just steps from the Sforza Castle.

It offers a detailed overview of Italy's marine and freshwater aquatic environments; the interior space includes educational and exhibition itineraries with numerous tanks containing over one hundred species of aquatic organisms. It is a dynamic venue that hosts cultural events that bring art and science together.
